Yes, all our products are brand fresh (B-Fresh). We source directly from authorized
brands and ensure you receive new, authentic items.
Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or claims. We recommend carefully
reviewing product details and sizes before placing your order. For any questions,
contact us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Standard delivery takes 5-15 days from the date of order confirmation. We'll keep you
updated on your order status throughout the delivery process.
Delivery charges may very based on your location. You'll pay delivery charges directly
to delivery driver when you recive the order at your doorstep.
We hover Easypaisa and Bank Trasnfer. Currently we do not support Cash on Delivery
(COD).
Please note that embroidered dresses may have minor flaws due to the nature of handwork
and embroidery. These are normal and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. We ensure
all products meet quality standards before dispatch.
